Unlike a traditional chatbot that simply delivers prewritten answers, Adrián is envisioned as a property-aware virtual host capable of interacting with guests through natural conversation, voice, and an engaging visual avatar.
 

With access to approved property-specific information, Adrián is being designed to understand a home's amenities, equipment, instructions, and operational procedures. Guests could ask Adrián how to operate the pool, adjust the thermostat, connect to Wi-Fi, use household appliances, or find local recommendations—and receive guidance tailored to the property where they're staying.

Our long-term vision takes this further. By integrating Adrián with PRIVÉ's operational intelligence, we aim to enable him to investigate common guest concerns using authorized equipment readings, recognize potential technical problems, guide troubleshooting, and help coordinate solutions.

When human intervention is necessary, Adrián could prepare the relevant information for the property manager, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth communication while keeping important decisions under human control.
